Join us for a slam dunk of a community event! Watch Henrico police and fire departments face off in a friendly “Battle of the Badges” basketball game, all in the spirit of giving. Bring new sports equipment for youth for the Holiday Cheer & Gear Donation Drive benefiting the Salvation Army Central Virginia.
Before tip-off, enjoy these festive, fun, family-friendly activities (all activities are FREE!) –
- Share your wish list and snap a photo with Santa!
- Score big with creativity with a visit to the craft table provided by Henrico Recreation and Parks.
- Meet the mascots! Stewart, Henrico’s Environmental Action Resource Team’s mascot, will be there to pump up the crowd and take photos. You might even catch a glimpse of the grumpy, green guy with a heart two sizes too small.
- Hit up the snack bar for your favorite game day treats. Concessions are available for purchase.
